Tartufo is a limited dessert dish. Tartufo is only available from March 22 to April 12, 2011. It begins at level 0 and unlocks only after Pizza Vegetariana is mastered. To achieve level 10 in this dish, you need 10 chocolate, 10 sugar, 10 coffee beans, and 10 icecream.

Mastering Tartufo you unlock Mama's Cooking Sauce which adds traditional shelves to your Pizzeria. Mastering Tartufo is also required to unlock Affettati.
